To enlighten people’s life is Coach Lee’s life mission. Ever since she graduated and became a social worker working in a non-government organization, she has been very passionate about empowering people, especially the young ones, to grow, to develop and to strive for a better and meaningful life. She chose to change the platform of enriching people’s life after 20 years’ service in the field of social service. She started her own business by founding the “Wisdom Training and Consulting Services” in 2007. She has changed to be a life coach and a training consultant. Her areas of focus are parent education and parent coaching. She has a strong belief that young generation’s future depends on the good guidance and discipline of their parents.

Drawing on her 20 years’ rich experience of working for people of different age groups with different social backgrounds and her solid experiences in teaching and training, Coach Lee delivers training programs which will be geared to the needs of the clients and provides clients new perspective, direction and insight. She is also competent in using coaching skills to help the parents to discover their goals of raising their children and to align their goals with their values, belief and behavior. Together with her knowledge in Enneagram and NLP, Coach Lee is also a good communicator, who is skilful in interacting and connecting with clients whenever in her training programs and individual interview.

Coach Lee, who is professional and experienced, is also ready to support you to discover who you really are and what the best in you. She brings clients’ best self and empowers them from the inside out in career, relationship and health…etc and work /life balance. With her solid background in supervisory and management role and wide exposure in community through the participation in various kinds of voluntary services, she is also passionate about developing the professionals, especially social workers and teachers, for their professional development to enrich their competencies in helping people to help themselves and to breed the young generation.
